• No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. We strive to ensure satisfaction before you leave.
• 2-Week Repair Guarantee: If your nails crack or chip within 14 days, we will fix them free of charge. (Excludes damage from accidents or misuse.)
• Adjustments: Please notify us before leaving if you would like any changes.
• Appointments: Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit.
